Room was well heated and contemporary, the place itself was quaint. The location was ideal, not too far away from a wide canal. The Irish bar was great and the staff were efficient!

Our stay here was such great, wonderful base for exploring Venice. The staff was kind and polite, loved this place. It was in a central setting near the Guglie vaporetto stop.

Optimal location, incredibly kind staff, a wide range of food for the continental breakfast. Fully furnished room with basic facilities we needed, luxury bathroom. Friendly service offered in this hotel too. Loved fast check-in.

New building, FINE staff and location. The bedroom was tiny and the bed was very soft. Design hotel set in the lovely area. The pool was heated and the views were particularly good.

Overall it's stylish hotel, reasonable value, and the facilities are modern. The breakfast's price is $ 29 per person. A nice touch is also the welcome beverages in the Irish bar.

convenient base for travelling to venice and exploring local places. we greatly enjoyed our big room. magnificent location, 10 minutes walk from the train station.
